i dont think that people are willing to pay 150k to willingly and painfully break their own legs and be paralyzed for months just to go from 5'9 to 5'11. you also have to consider that the average height for men worldwide is 173-175cm so its pointless if you're already at 180cm

6’1 is considered tall even in the west it might not be standout tall but it won’t failo you it might slightly halo you, getting ll at that height and paying all that is kinda stupid tbh

yea but its impossible for 20% of men who are 5'9 to pay 130k to get 6'0. i'd say there's only a small % of men who do it which is probably not even 1% do it. youre good. and if youre thinking about the future, it'll probably be more expensive than it is now so you're good
