Does anyone have a leg day that doesn’t make you just not want to go to the gym. Training legs is giga gay but has to be done.
 
Training leg is gay? :forcedsmile: It’s quite literally the opposite. But okay bro.

If you are willing to separate your lower body and your upper body, then I would do in lower leg extensions, back squats, any leg curl variations (seated is a bit better but do what you enjoy), adductor machine, calf raises (I would opt for both straight knee and bent knee to bias both the soleus and the gastroc muscles more but this is optional).

not a leg day in specific but any kind of squat 5-8 rep range , and a lot of isolation or isometrics really work

My current leg split is dumbbell squats, Leg press or hack squat, leg extension, leg curl, machine calf press. I also do core exercises after legs. Just don't do everything to failure, I used to hate doing legs because I would always do everything to failure then not be able to walk right the next day.
