So I lost some weight over the last few months and I haven’t been doing legs at all. Started doing a bit of legs daily 3-4 days ago and peep this shit. Out of nowhere. Took me hitting quads like twice and calves once
like wtf? No pump, been sitting around all day just had some pizza so mad glycogen. If I just started doing legs I assume they’ll get even crazier pretty quick. Is this even a halo? What do you all think of this?
