quadrilateral can be considered an extreme type of LL and still doesnt prevent u from workouts like leg press...

he cant even walk for 5min on treadmill or do leg press with any plates on it without bracing with his hands

Quadrilateral is too traumatic and recovery is longer. IMO, 2.5 inches in femur at a time is enough. After many years tibia surgery can be considered when fully recovered from femur LL.
