Legal immigration to the US as skilled workers is actually quite difficult. The US has Lottery System Limited to ~85,000/year with over 400,000 applicants. Odds are low unless you're sponsored by a U.S. university or research institution.

Both U.S and EU requires you to have a job offer and the employer willing to handle complex paperwork and costs. There is also limited Duration 3 years and no a direct path to permanent residency unless employer sponsors a Green Card. There is a ton of paperwork, bureaucracy and ifs and buts involved.Basically the entire system is designed to filter and only take in the best of the best. Illegal Immigrantion claiming refugee status and asylum seekers are entirely different story tho.

Only way is if company sponsors you to a 5 year project abroad. After completing that you can get visas easily and if you are rich buy a house, buy a car and these will help in getting PR

That’s not how it works—just having a 5-year project or buying a house or car doesn’t help with getting PR. The system is more strict than that. You still need to go through the proper visa and sponsorship routes, and even then, PR usually depends on how long you’ve stayed legally, your job status, and whether your employer is willing to sponsor you for a Green Card. Assets like property don’t count unless you’re doing an actual investor visa, which requires a huge amount of money.

This is what Mexicans do after they jump across the border.

clown world where high iq individuals who have the courtesy to stay within the law are kept out, but subhumans who actively break it to get in are often times even rewarded for it
