Town gas was the leading cause of suicide in Britain before they outlawed its use. It was a quick and extremely painless death with no blood or gore. Honestly, it was a more peaceful death than old age and you die thinking about your life before passing in your sleep. Sounds nice much better than these brutal violent methods people conceive of.

Plus more trannies would actually grow the balls to kill themselves so that seems like a net positive
