Legit leanmaxxing - how to lose weight consistantly and fast

I'll be teaching you guys how to leanmaxx. I do send myself to others in dms, and my before and afters, so people who have seen my transformation can vouch for this. However I don't like posting it publically.

Anyways, I had went from 5'6 160lbs to 5'9 128lbs. An insane transformation where I have been treated differently like its day and night. I have a wideface too, so know if you have a longer face u will see less transformation in your face when losing fat. Just a heads up.

I will cut up each part of this. I am in process of losing my final 8lbs however it is extremely diffucult - this is for myself too.

Cardio :
Installing the pedometer app is very legit. It shows your steps and how much calories you burn , helps you track your weight too. (Ignore the BMI scale it is bias for chubby retards)

Running is very legit for this and can be tracked the same way however I think a bunch of u highinhibcels dont wanna run in public.

Anyways what I would do is go for 1 or 2 hour walks with headphones in. I am extremely lazy and wanna sit down if there is no music playing so musicmaxxing is super legit. Find a playlist u like or listen to a new album from an artist you like or listen to joe rogan podcast - do whatever u want.

If your highinhibcel u can walk around in your house whilst listening to the music, or in your backyard or on a treadmill. Sometimes I feel like chopped shyt or have zinc cream mask on so do this.

Walking for 2 hours burns around 500 calories. Thats a whole ass extra meal you can fit in your day. If you love food - which i assume why you are at the weight ur not happy with - this will be amazing for it. Being in a calorie deficit that day could be the difference of having that walk or not. Also its a moodmax so do it.

Also if your feeling too lazy to do it, try nofap for a couple days. For me fapping makes me very tired and not wanna walk. Its why boxers dont fap , cuz it weakens legs.

Food

-Eat meals that are low per 100g calories or are very high on the seciating index.

-Although popcorn per 100g may be up to like 450 calories per 100g, which is pretty high - it is extremely seciating, and it will take you long to eat. Some light breadsticks too are the same, but yet are very seciating cuz how much chewing you have to do and how light they are.

-Eat lean meats, lean turkey for example is absolutely diabolical for weight cutting.

-Protein shakes, protein yogurts too are very ideal. Protein yogurts are better in my opinion

-175g of this has like 140 calories - its fucking diabolical and tastes amazing.

-Whipped cream too is very legit, for a whole bowl you get like 100 calories. Strawberries (which are low cal) + whipped cream is so good and low calorie.

-Ice cream too - per 100g is very low. Just make sure dont eat it straight out the packaging, weigh it onto a bowl and make sure you get like 100g. Icecream varies from 140-250 calories per 100g. I would eat like 100g of ben and jerries daily leanmaxxing.

-Avoid breads they are usually super guilty and are high in calories

-If you binge eat - binge eat fruits only. Take a bowl of as much fruits as you want.

- Jelly is also insane, jelly is often like 7 calories per pot or something crazy. Its insane

- Avoid bakery too

- Avoid cheese too its high calorie

Low calorie meals :

-Banana egg pancake, with greek yogurt dip

- eggs

-Syrniki (160 calories per 100g - fucking diabolical taste so fucking good too)

- Lean turkey

- Any sort of meat as long as you dont eat it with carbs on the side.

Drinks

Drinks I recommend :

Tango
Pepsi Max
Coca cola Zero
Fanta Zero
Green Tea
Black Tea

Basically all beverages that have like 0 calories. You can enjoy as much of these as you like.

Natural Hunger suppressors

Green tea, black tea, are amazing for this. Sometimes coffee doesnt give this and just makes you feel energetic and tweaking out like shit and jittery. Green tea and black tea doesnt do this. It keeps you calm and fights off hunger.

Keeping yourself occupied

Play long video games to stay busy, work on a project, walk if your bored. Stay occupied. An idle mind is a bad mind thats ready to fall into addiction. Partly you need to also accept you will be hungry, and thats a normal feeling. To be eating constantly is like grazing like a cow, human arent cows, be ready to accept to feel hungry at times and power through it.

I dont use Pedo meter just try to consistently hit 20k steps

pedometer is best to check ur calories burnt , if ur measuring calorie intake which u should it should give u a rough idea how much u should eat.
