You need younger siblings and or younger friends or be able to find younger niggas who don't have a job and want money. It will also help to be in a small neighborhood/community that's tight-knit. Also preferably a license.

In my case, I have three younger sisters (15 and under) all with no job complaining that they have no transportation because parents work schedule, etc. I offered a solution to their problem, I will give them transportation and employ them. This means I can pay them whatever I want as long as it's at least 10 an hour jfl. I also live in a small community with tons of kids.

Spoiler: The method.

You will start a babysitting company. So, firstly make sure you got some younger niggas who are down to work then ask chatgpt to create you a babysitting company name, logo, and all necessary training for kids to babysit. You can go the extra mile and get them all CPR-trained as well. You now have a company name, logo, and trained employees. All you have to do now is market; flyers, Facebook groups, create social media, website (if possible), ask neighbors with kids, schools, ask parents friends, pay for ads, etc. Whatever you can do to get your name out. Make sure the parents can trust your company and if you need to fake reviews then do so. Make the parents pay you and bring your siblings to babysit the kids or have them get a ride. Charge parents $20-25+ an hour and pay your siblings $10-14 an hour that's $10-11 profit and you can charge extra for extra services. "muhh 10-11 bucks isn't a lot" nigga it's on you to get as many gigs as possible so that you can make real money from it and you're essentially just driving them there unless you pay someone else to give them a ride or exploit a nigga for rides jfl.

Males not babysitting and maybe it’s just my community but most “babysitters” are under 21 aged girls. It’s a small town that’s why I put that living somewhere like this helps.

you can learn Spanish and do the same with illegals in any business. Usually you will find them working in restaurants or construction . Also in the Usa you cant legally work till your 16 and probably similar child labor laws in europe. All it takes is one bad review and then they'll contact the labor department and say your breaking the law and then your operation is gone

If you use illegal immigrant method you avoid this since they'll work for minimum wage or less and you can threaten to have them deported ( at least in america ). In europe it seems to not be a issue but since their mostly broke they'll take any wage you offer
