Legit way to remove keloid scar? Anybody has experience with it?

Surgical excision usually results in reccourance. Triamcinolone acetonide injections help a lot. I've been doing my own and now they're mostly flat. Took a long time tho. Now I'm working on lightening them with hydroquinone.
