Ensure proper nutrition and sports during puberty of younger citizens

From government point of view, you can't " increase genetic value" or help them " look more attractive" you can just make sure that every young man has good mental and physical health and have good social lives

I guess get rid of tinder and other apps/sites like that as that promotes hypergamy and gets girls used to getting high tier guys. Also limit social media to 18+. Idk you can’t really change this dilemma by using the government

Trying to stop hypergamy is like trying to stop our need to drink water, there will never be a point in the future were'll lose our animal instincts, they're a function of the reptilian brain, the only way is to enforce monogamy, witch sounds a good idea, but just restricts people natural behavior to have multiple partners, maybe in the future an version of marriage coupled with gene editing might be a solution.
