99% of supplements don't do shit and genetics play a huge factor in determining your natural testosterone levels. However, there are legit, proven ways to increase testosterone significantly enough to make an actual difference in your everyday life.
• NoFap. Jfl if you're a coomer in 2020 tbh tbh. We all know about the 7-day peak of 145% in serum testosterone levels, but there are other studies that prove that not ejaculating for longer periods of time improves androgen receptors. If you have fucked up, desensitized androgen receptors, your body won't be able to use the testosterone you produce (which will be even less if you're a coomer)
• Always stay below 15% bodyfat. Obvious one. Fat tissue turns into estrogen and makes you a bitch with big tits. That's why women need more fat than men. Always stay below 15%, but don't go below 8% (diminishing returns of malnutrition).
• Hit the gym consistently. Studies have shown that regular lifters increase their testosterone levels, not just during the workout. Should be hitting the gym anyways, of course.
• Cardio doesn't do shit. It burns your hard-earned muscle and may actually lower testosterone. Still extremely good for your health but don't overdo it.
• Lower SHBG. Free testosterone is what matters and SHBG binds most of it to estrogen and your body can't use it.
• Creatine. Increases T by about 15% and is one of the best supplements for building muscle out there.
• Vitamin D and Zinc. Nobody knows why but they work. Very healthy for other stuff too.
• Sleep. Obvious one but still underappreciated. Sleeping 4 hours a night for like a week will halve your serum testosterone.
You can always take roids but you can easily have very healthy levels doing the mentioned above.
