Best method is to go off reputable sources. But even that isnt full proof

Shit is faked all the time. Even of places which are supposed to be reputable.

Ive literally received fake mk 677 from science.bio. One of the most reputable sources for it out there.

How did you test if it was fake? Did you use anything at home or send it to a lab?

Only way to know is if you bloat to all hell, get lethargic and have high glucose.

Lab tests are possible, but probably resource expensive

thanks, i assume you do a regular blood sugar test to check glucose. How long does it usually take for blood glucose to rise and the bloating to begin?

Nah bro, im diabetesmaxxing.

But fr. I wanna start testing blood sugar levels, but I cant be fucked. Im on mk 677 btw

Ive also noticed that bloating is gradual and that i reach peak bloat on day 4, and when i get off it takes me nearly a week to completely debloat
