Does Lemon Bottle work permanently or is it temporary? From the threads people have posted here (like the pneumo ones), it seems like it's permanent and the best choice compared to Aqualyx or other fat dissolvers. Am I missing something???

I’ve also been looking into lemon bottle but just be careful with where you inject

If you inject near buccal fat you could hit a major blood vessel possibly causing paralysis

It's cheaper, and more versatile, sure.

it is Unregulated, can't get it officially, can't test it to make sure it's real.
I would prefer Lipo Vela or Aqualyx.

Lipo Vela doesn't cause much bloating, according to some user's here, it's better for the face. (Seems cheaper aswell)
