I tried lemonbottle and aqualyx and prefer lemonbottle. Aqualyx is a lot of swelling and it’s much stronger and you can do way more damage, at least I feel like it’s more dangerous than lemonbottle for DIY

I have results. But I am at 10% bodyfat and it was only little area under my jawline. Guess when you have more fat it’s not effective enough

Yes, so tbh idk if it’s placebo 100 percent or if I didn’t do enough but other than a minor difference I did not see anything huge
(Not that I was expecting anything diffrent) I might do it again in future but for the money there’s better things

Literally it’s like those people who are 40 percent bodyfat and talk about “debloating” for any of this kinda stuff to work or have any results you have to be sub 15 percent bodyfat minimum
