be careful, you can go blind if youre unlucky and constrict a major nerve. i would do TONS of research on the facial nerves and definitely aspirate. you can get tissue necration (semi permanent black/gray/white skin on your face). still after doing everything right, if you inject too much, the pressure can cause nerve constriction and paralysis
