When I take photos with my front camera of my face it makes the asymmetries look worse but in mirror pics it is normal, what is the most accurate way of taking photos?

From what i have seen the most accurate is the back camera

Most accurate is mirror pics a bit zoomed in, and front camera zoomed in much.
