Lengthening corporoplasties, as a rule, are poorly designed and have a high complication rate. In a perfect world, the procedure would involve autologous grafting of 3d-printed erectile tissue. That's not gonna happen anytime soon, but what about allogeneic--i.e., cadaveric--grafting of erectile tissue? Has that been done, and does anybody know of a surgeon who is currently performing this procedure? To my knowledge, it's only been done with skeletal tissue.
