Lengthening medial canthus ?

Is there any real way to lengthen the medial canthus permanently or make it more defined? I know about canthus cutting, not sure if that’s just an autistic meme or what, but I know it’s not permanent and I’m not taking a blade to my face.



I’ve also heard about canthoplasty for the medial canthus, but I thought that was only for Asian people or people with functional issues.



Is there actually any surgery or method to permanently lengthen or define the medial canthus?
