Lengthening Midface/Nasal Area

Do you have a technique to lengthen the midface and nasal height (Vertical Height of Nasion to Subanasale). Does the nasal height even matter if the midface height is adequate.

Also can you correct a downgrown maxillary excess in the same surgery.

My nasal height is too short and my philtrum is too long

Yes I have a way but you looks good so wont be using it on you.
