Lengthening the philtrum

Is there any surgery to lower the mouth on the lower third
As in the philtrum lengthens from the bottom, and the chin shortens from the top, such that the lower third height doesn’t change

If there is, has it ever been done before?

Yeah that’s part of it, my upper lip is too big
But my mouth line also sits too high

it’d probably get moved down slightly with jaw surgery.
