if you use back camera it will not cause much noticable distortion at all. Even worse phones than S23 (which is a really good phone) will still have little distortion with back. I compared my 15 pro max with my phone from 8 years ago and the only difference is lighting quality and general pic quality, no distortion difference.

How can u take pics with back camera to have less lens distortion

The back camera, in general, should have little distortion as long as you aren't filming right up in your face. Comparatively, the selfie cameras on phones have a noticable amount of signifcant distortion. The back camera should give an accurate enough depiction of what you look like unless you take from weird or bad lighting. You can't look good in the mirror but then subhuman in the back camera, this is cope. Good looking people look good in cameras and mirror. Chads look good basically from every angle every lighting on the camera.
