Guys am 15 and since yesterday my erections are shit I can still be hard but they are not like before wtf happened, it’s true that I do less sports but I sti go out etc, could I be due to less cardio ? My diet hasn’t changed I just eat more pancakes, and i sleep for like 6h30-7h30 per night. Please advice I have a gf and I will do it with her soon please guys
