I mean my first surgeon was very conservatove and didnt do anything sith the nose tip. And he also used bad teqniques. The rasp and kinda screwed with my radix bone and left me with cartillage show. And i had bimax after aswell which they fixed assymetry and moved maxilla right which means the nose came slightly richt aswell. Also bimax made it slighly more wide

I’m looking at the same order, rhino (mostly for my bulbous tip) and then Lefort (just maxilla, no rotation), I know the other way around is recommended but I don’t wanna wait through a year of braces and then another year of healing to fix my nose.

I did, and i mean the alar base itself might not be wider but ypu do mess with the nose. But if its thin from the beginning or ypu cheap out on leforte its fine
