Less visible eye lids = better?

I have droopy upper lids. Thinking about a lid surgery. But kinda worried that my eyes will look roundish.

There’s barely any exposure. Any surgery you get wouldn’t make much of a difference since you can’t eliminate it fully with surgery

Oh, I never saw the full picture. I’ve never seen something like that wtf. Are those double eyelids? Yeah, I’m not sure how that’s fixed. Your eyes are bulging and that can be fixed with surgery
