I agree, with the caveat that you don’t get fat. Keep a mostly clean diet that’s dense in nutrients. The 14, 15, 16 year old kids on here don’t need to be worried about leanmaxxing and getting shredded. But Some people naturally have a big appetite that leads them to eat above maintenance and gain weight if they just eat whatever they want, especially when it comes to sugar and hyperpalatable junk food.

It’s important for development to give your body enough calories and nutrients but also important to have balanced hormones. Being fat is not good for your hormones.

You can get reasonably lean, as your body/genetics allow you to do. For most guys that’s 13-15 percent bodyfat. That level of leanness is usually pretty comfortable and sustainable, and healthy for your hormones. Some guys genetically find it easy to walk around at 12% or lower but if you aren’t one of those guys, don’t fight your body while it’s still growing and force yourself to get ripped and tank your testosterone because you want to look good.

i am 20%bf and currently trying to leanmaxx/ starvemaxx to get to 15
