I feel like shit off anastrozole where as I feel perfectly fine on letrozole rn. Take that as you will, it might be different for you.

anastrazole is steroidal. meaning it kills the aromatase enzyme rather than just disabling it like letrozole would. Letrozole has a higher chance of estrogen rebound in case of missing a dose, you have a better grace period on anastrazole
