By the way, why is it that when it comes to aromatase inhibitors, everyone screams - ANASTRAZOLE ? Well, if you're a bit smarter, you can say exemestane.

Studies clearly show a trend that letrozole suppresses estradiol (E2) better and in general gave a higher increase in final height for guys. (4.2 cm vs 0.8 cm for anastrozole)

Why? You can't suppress estrogens to zero either, without them there won't be stimulation in the chondrocytes.

It doesn´t supress estrogens to zero bro by me experience its good but it doesn´t Supress all estrogen , it just blocks the enzyme named aromatase ( that is responsible of transforming androgens in estrogen
