Aromasin (Exemestane) is superior as it’s a suicidal inhibitor that rules out the possibility of any Estrogen rebound after cessation.

Anyone who recommends Anastrozole or any non-suicidal inhibitor is simply coping with the fact that they can’t afford Exemestane. This is something I’ve observed a lot.

I switched from aromasin (exemstane) to anastrozole (armidex).

Aromasin gave too much acne and thinned hair. Also there is chance it could increase plate closure. Decided to err on side of caution and went from letrazole / anastrozole since they use that in studies.

Anastrozole suppresses E2 less than letrozole so went for that.

Letro should only be taken if you are using highly aromatizing compounds like dbol or some shit. You must take aromasin otherwise.

Exemstane is better because it has no rebound and more effective the longer you take it. Also it binds to androgen receptors unlike other AIs so it gives you extra test and DHT
