In theory, I agree but it's not all about getting laid tbh. As long as you are willing to dramatically lower your standards, pretty much everyone can get laid but most are not willing to stoop so low (myself included).
And NT is largely set in stone, at a fairly young age. I don't think that rotting here affects it in any way, shape or form.
