Ayy la roche posay shaka fluid. You know what's up. It is the best sunscreen on the market. Absorbs super quick and leaves 0 whitecast + 98% protection against UVA and UVB rays. Do you really go through 2 in a month? 1 has lasted me 3 months and it's still not empty. Am I not applying enough? I also use Retino-A 0.05% from alldaychemist as well...

Be careful with astaxanthin. I took it and got a really bad infection from it. Hives all over my body for almost a month, I still have them to some degree. I might make a full post on it to inform yall
