Well I suppose the question is how to cure it. Do you bring the lower jaw forward or force the teeth back

overjet is bad, can't treat it with regular orthodontics, only orthotropics or surgery

Would a genioplasty or chin implant effectively cover up the overjet? Notice I said cover up not fix
