This is water I say everyday on this forum but:

Getting lean is a universal looksmax for men. Same with wearing lifts, being taller is also a universal looksmax. Same for having a good haircut/hairstyle and wearing nice clothes that fit you properly.

Other than that it all depends on what failos you have.

Skincare and makeup is a looksmax if you have acne, acne scars, skin texture, uneven skin tone, etcetera. If your skin is genetically good then skincare doesn’t matter THAT much although it’s a nice halo to have perfect glowing skin. Big health indicator.
