I was I gifted my entire childhood basically, grade 5-12, where you needed a top 2% IQ to qualify. Everyone there pulled the exact same amount as the kids not in gifted. Looks was 80% of the determining factor from my observations, iq was basically irrelevant unless they were really dumb.
