Guys, this is the time to start. Easter Feast is over, no more excuses. 2 months Is enough time to make plenty of progress regardless of your starting point. I want you to make the most of those 2 months.

My plan was to bulk until March and then cut for the summer. But my bulk has been taking a lot longer than I planned. I'm still 5'6" 141.8-143.2 lbs (my fluctuation in the past 4 days). So I'm not even going to bother trying to be lean this summer and just focus on building muscle mass. At the rate that I'm gaining, I won't be able to make 153.6 lbs until July 26th, maybe even later. So I'm not going to start my cut until late July/August. I'm going to completely miss beach body season. I started my bulk at 126.4 lbs though on September 29th. Slow and steady wins the race.

I started out 168.2 lbs back on February 6th 2022. And cut all the way down to 126.4 lbs September 29th. It's better to be lean than to have a fat face and double chin by far. But leanmaxxing is not going to get you the results you think its going to get you. Most women are fairly prudish and care about more than just looks in a guy. Looks just gets your foot in the door. And whenever women are in a ho phase, they usually go for jacked Chads anyways. I mean anyone can be lean at 126.4 lbs. It's not impressive to women. If I get too fat when I'm finished my bulk, it won't take me long to lose that fat. I plan on dropping 0.5% of my body weight per week so that I minimize muscle loss during my cut. My TDEE is very high from gymcelling so I can drop weight very quickly. Just to limit my weight loss to only 0.5% body weight per week, I'll actually still have to eat dirty some.

Thank you for sharing this, alien. I think you're right in that leanmaxxing is not for everyone. We all have different goals and priorities. Me, I just want a huge ass and tiny waist.
