This is a very important thing to add, and in my opinion should be enforced (maybe lowered to 1k posts to reply)

anybody should be able to create a thread, but not everybody should be able to rate / reply, the reason some people shittalk org is because of the horrendous ratings which are made by people who are not active in the community at all, and don't represent the community at all

Yea i agree with orka greys should be able to ask for a rating and be able to reply to their own thread but other greys shouldn't rate.
