Let's make a consensus on byzygo/bygonial ratio considering soft tissues (pics)

Wich would you choose considering soft tissue improbability ?

Hi,
I had an opportunity to test a surgeron's software to design random implants, just for the fun of it.
So i tried to do the ideal jaw with them flared gonions, i simply put 10mm per side on first design, and a wider one reaching the temporal bone

Wich would you choose considering soft tissues ?
Cause problem is that the ideal 90/95% ratio includes soft tissues or you'll be a chimpunk.
Now, zygo's soft tissues are way thiner than gonions' who have masseter+skin

Here are the 2 pics, the first is 10mm per side, the other reaches temporal bone, maybe 13/15mm.
Color ledgend :
Blue = byzygo width including soft tissues
Purple = original gonion
Red = Gonion implant width

Orange = supposed soft tissues addition.

In first pics, it looks like 95% ratio
in the second looks like gonna be wider than zygo.

So,do you think this is the way to consider soft tissues ? ?
wich would you choose ?

My masseter is around 5mm thick per side and goes up to 8mm when I clench my jaw.

My bizygo is 147mm (skin thickness negligible) and my bigonial is 122mm to the bones and 132 to the soft tissue (138mm clenched).

1:1 ratio with clenched jaw might be ideal.
That would give 0.96 ratio to the soft tissue.
And 0.89 to the bones.

Nice numbers

Yet 1/1 ratio is not ideal.
Ideal is 90%, or 95% for masc guys, even prime brad pitt don't have 1/1

yeah average male masseter size is about 6mm per side.

Well, I currently have 90% including soft tissue but I’d prefer 95%… or just more angularity; less masseter (Botox?) more bone.

Angularity / shape seems to ultimately be more important than the exact width… within the acceptable range.

well, you claim 5mm masseter, yet the average male is 6mm and some have 7mm.
So get a chewinggum routine and you will improuve

Yeah angularity but all is linked. is you have angular bone but poor byzygo/bygonial ratio it won't apear

chad got it all, perfect bone width and shape + perfect soft tissues, thats why there are so rare

Where are you getting the average masseter thickness?
I measured mine over the gonion, not at its thickest point.
I am a long-time steroid abuser and I’ve had chewing routines in the past so I’m surprised my masseter would be on the small side.

Not at all

Drew dober doesnt even have 1-1 and his jaw still looks way too wide and shit

What is this, like 98%?
90-95 is definitely the sweet spot.

Still
can anyone react on the original post subject ?

Wich design would give a 95% byzygo/bygonial ratio including soft tissues ?

I got my jaw angle implants surgery 2 weeks ago and you're still here debating about ratios and design since January ?

I think you will never get it after all.

Congratulations man
Hope your happy
How much mm per side you gained ?
What You think of the subject

8mm on both side with flared design.

Look, it's not a science, nothing goes as predicted : sometimes it's better sometimes it's worse. You need to pull the trigger and hope that everything goes well. Every surgery has a risk factor.

I'm perfectly satisfied with the outcome of my jaw angle implants surgery.I got the right width at about 96% with soft tissues.

Haha very happy for you mate
8mm was grand improval ?
Can you dm me your Design and the before After pics ?

In the second one the soft tissues angles would overgo zygos ?
