lets say only 2 of ur wisdom teeth grow on one arch, and the other get removed

wisdom teeth, lets say bottom 2 grew in fine and top 2 didnt grow in fine, to stimulate the teeth, would u be able to get something like a little tool and hit it lightly with light taps so it could get its stimulation to stay in place?
