Although im the tallest in my family, i keep thinking: what if i missed out on some height gains during puberty? I had a shit diet and didn’t exercise during my growth spurts, i did get good sleep tho.

Is height maxxing cope? Are there any real studies to prove heightmaxxing?
If i was heightmaxxing during growth, would i be taller than i am today? (5’11)

just get an xray for your growth plates and you will immediatly know if there is something you can do about it
