Bonesmashing was a joke from .net, and somehow caught on.

Mewing is meant to just be something natural and just happens from birth. I think it's legit, but not so much in the "looksmaxing" sense, where people post 1 month "transformations" at 25 and somehow their entire genome is rewritten.
