Now most of you have either known someone who has had a oneitis or had one yourself. What is the real reason for this? My own experience having seen others i've known IRL and online (my dear bhai @Gengar) and having experienced a oneitis myself has brought me to a conclusion that i believe to be true.
Exposure - I believe 95% of guys with a oneitis simply haven't been exposed to enough women in their day to day life, essentially this is part of the proximitypill. It's normal for guys to become infatuated with a woman who they think is attractive, but when that woman does not reciprocate the desire/attraction/conversation with you, it essentially becomes a oneitis situation unfortunately. It's unfortunate because the desire is one-sided, she doesn't feel the same about you which is why it's unhealthy for you.
It kills your confidence and you become obsessed in a way, thinking about her while she's busy talking to chad and getting railed for the most part. So for 95% of guys the issue of oneitis is simply you not being around enough other women because i guarantee you once you start talking to other women and you engage with a woman who is nice to you, doesn't ignore you like your oneitis and actually reciprocates the feelings, you will feel infinitely better.
Now there is a 5% of guys who have a oneitis who don't fall in this category (@Gengar knows and falls into this category - maybe in another life bhai

This 5% even if exposed to other women are still not interested at all and are entirely in "love" you could say with their oneitis, the infatuation and desire goes extremely deep for these individuals. Unfortunately we all know most guys regardless of what category they fall into do not end up getting anything positive from their oneitis, usually so called oneitis doesn't even know they exist or has ever thought about them, a lot of incels (like me) thinking every day about a girl who doesn't like them or even think/care about them, it's really brutal. The reason it's so brutal is because the people under this category still do not want any other foid but only their oneitis and so the inevitable rejection absolutely kills them. Fortunately i was not part of the 5% and i simply needed exposure to other women to understand no single woman is worth your time or attention, you should not think about any woman who doesn't even show you interest, have some self respect as a man. You are not a boy, you are a man and men do not lower themselves like a slave begging for a womans attention, a woman who doesn't want you.
Interest and attraction has to be mutual or there is no point to any of it. This is why i always tell guys who chase after a girl who isn't interested to let it go, you are undermining your own value as a human being and a man by doing this. It's extreme simp behaviour and takes away your dignity in a way.
The alpha male lion doesn't ask permission from the lioness, he simply takes. Since we have laws, the next best thing is to ignore any woman who doesn't show you interest, do not chase any foid who clearly doesn't like you.
Anyhow i am interested to hear your guys thoughts on the whole oneitis thing. Please refrain from posting if you are under the age of 20, you simply don't have the life experience yet kiddos. Anyone spam posting/posting DNR will get cancer.
