am 15 and I wanna help my mtor pathway for better mitosis effect ❤️ how much of it daily

around 3-5g of leucine per meal is enough to max out mTOR stimulation. anything beyond that just gets oxidized for energy. if you’re training and eating enough protein (like 25-40g per meal), you’re already hitting the leucine threshold naturally. if you still wanna supplement, go for 5g pre or post workout with carbs and protein, that’s when it’s most effective. also don’t forget cofactors like insulin, resistance training, and sleep matter more for mTOR than leucine alone.
