My mom is prescribed 25mcg of levothyroxine and I read that it helps to boost metabolism but I also heard that it can cause hyperthyroidism if you have a healthy thyroid what do ya’ll recommend? I weigh 79kg (174lb) and 187cm (6’1) and I’m kinda skinny fat
