I already watched Suarez play live at the stadium when I went to the Brazil vs Uruguay game, I didn't think he was that technical.
Suarez does not even reach the feet of the Ronaldo phenomenon, which I have also seen playing.

Lewandowski? More technical than Suarez? All he is is positioning and shooting. Suarez can actually run past and dribble past players as well as shoot and head. Atm lewandowskis better but overall Suarez is better and also more technical
