DNR users: its LF3 simulation without the functional benefits and changes to occlusion and nose, you also wont get nasal changes from it but aagain can be simulated with paranasal implants or augmentation rhino via bone grafts

This is quite cool as we can get these effects from simple implant placement rather than such a advance surgery like LF3 since most people get it for deformities and functional reasons which we likely do not have which means implants are a great replacement for this (total midface implants)

Different variations of this which eppley has done i could only find this one which included the lateral orbital rims and the brows too


Very cool implant design and giant has also stated hes done similar/this aswell, i hope to either work with eppley in the future to get this or Giant with pagnoni

If you look at the post, the implants are relatively small so the risk/complication would be alot lower but i get your point. Do you have trouble with your expressions with your infra implant?

You can kinda tell everything just moved forward, although he was obese (i dont even know why he got this at that BF) im sure it would look alot better with his BF lost and also you cant see the implants really poking out or anything looks quite natural.

Im getting filler in around 6 months, around 4-6ML total jaw cheek/zygo, chin and nasal bridge topped up every year. Would this be an issue if i was to have surgery with you in the next 3-5 years from then? and would dissolving be enough

The implants are quite thin and they dont look too bad, i am wondering how it would look in motion though probably something to ask within a consultation with your designer and surgeon
