It will not fix the midface ratio jfl, just get rhinoplasty. It's a shit worthless surgery and very risky.

There are two types of long midfaces. One can be fixed with maxillary upgraphts but if ur actual middle third is long ur fucked. The only thing you can do to improve a long midface from a long middle third is to raise the tip of the nose

If your midface is long due to vertical nose height, youre fucked forever and that's 99% of the long midfaces in the world.

I know OP trolls, but literally some people believe that Lefort III is the answer to everything. No one here can distinguish what is less bonemass in midface area, short cranium, recessed infraorbitals or flat cheakbones from really recessed maxilla, which is a medical diagnosis. Literally crater of set back, recession in the order of cm´s.

I doubt that someone here has this, I've never seen anyone like this in my life.

Yea nose length can never be changed. The only way of somewhat fixing a long midface of that sort is by creating an illusion of a shorter nose length by raising the tip, Lip lifts etc but for the most part it's an unfixable falio
