I've posted a few threads on PED use in the past to generally positive results, with some disbelievers, so I've decided I'll do it again, tracking week by week (unless I forget) this time.

Starting statistics:

6'3
Blonde hair, blue eyes (btw)
75kg / 165lbs
Haven't worked out in about a year.

Cycle plans
Want to bulk up to around 80kg naturally first, this shouldn't be hard as I have been far bigger in the past and have lost a lot of weight due to working odd hours, resulting in a lack of a consistent diet. Additionally, haven't worked out for quite some time besides one-off workouts for fun. Previously, when I was consistently in the gym, I sat around 85kg.

Planning an 8 week cycle but I will likely re-evaluate at the 8 week mark, potentially adding another 2 weeks (as LGD works best post-week 6) considering I have enclomiphene as an AI this time around (never used AI/PCT before).

Cycle will likely be as follows, denoted by week. All dosages are per day, 7 days a week. Normally I take LGD about 30 minutes to an hour before I start my workout.
1. 5mg LGD / 6.25mg Enclo
2. 5mg LGD / 6.25mg Enclo
3. 5mg LGD / 6.25mg Enclo
4. 5mg LGD / 6.25mg Enclo
5. 6mg LGD / 6.25mg Enclo
6. 6mg LGD / 6.25mg Enclo
7. 7.5mg LGD / 12.5mg Enclo
8. 7.5mg LGD / 12.5mg Enclo

Optional weeks 9 and 10
9. 10mg LGD / 12.5mg Enclo
10. 10mg LGD / 12.5mg Enclo

Will run Enclo for 2 weeks after cycle as well, provided I don't run out. If I do, no big deal.

YOUR ENCLO DOSE IS LOW BRO! Yes I'm aware, but so is my LGD dose (relatively) and I have ran 7.5mg ED cycles for 8 weeks before with no issues, so I don't need to blast the fuck out of enclo for no reason. You may notice the dose is titrated in line with the LGD.

Will be watching for sides closely (even though I have never had many in the past) and will likely discontinue use if I get anything bad. Will give updates for this.
I will also try to keep track of my bench (I don't squat or deadlift, bad back) but keep in mind, without a deload week there likely won't be any huge strength increases. Adding a deload week or at least 3-4 days will help with this but I'll decide if I do that while I'm deep into the cycle, probably week 6.

Working out with a modified PPL 5-6 times a week is the plan, but depending on how I feel I may do 7. The whole "don't work out every day, you need recovery time bro" is very true but to a lesser extent when your body is pumped full of PEDs.

As a liver guard I will be taking 1200mg of N-Acetyl Cysteine daily. Diet will not be tracked, will be foodmaxxing as I am prioritising mass over lean gains. If I visually get fatter, I will reduce my caloric intake. Planning to continue working out without a hitch after the cycle finishes.

I'm gonna use my sarms this year. I got the golden stack which includes RAD140, LGD4033 and MK677 at one, I got friend who did it and he ascended so hard he became famous on Internet

Don't know how I feel about stacking LGD and RAD. I have both compounds on hand but I got some bad sides last time I tried to run RAD solo, might give it a go to see how it goes with Enclo as an AI.

Not keen on MK677 at all though.

Dude your running 7mg of lgd JFL at you thinking you are “pumping your body full of chemicals” and think you will have better recovery times because of it. You recovery times will stay the exact same you may gain like 2-8(if you are really lucky) pounds of muscle from it. You are running baby cycle
 
Also jfl at being 6”3 165 and thinking you need roids to get bigger. You can gain muscle naturally very easily at this point unless you are sub 11% body fat which I am assuming your not

Good luck finding real enclo lol
 
Just do test and take fin or dut, it’s way less androgenic than lgd in my personal experience (hair loss, acne), and build way more muscle
