Hello people, how's it going? A few days ago I placed my first order for isotretinoin through IndiaMART. I already know well how to take it, I've been spicy before but it's time to take it to clean the skin more and mog, I put together this thread to share my plan with you, see if I lack some support and ask you for a couple of recommendations. The plan is to start the first month with 20 mg daily (or a few weeks testing tolerance) and then go up to 40 mg every day. And see if you go up (weight 72 approx)
For the side effects and care I'm going to use plenty of water, omega 3 and a little aspirin. I still don't know the doses very well. In case some joint pain arises. As in the past I had mood swings, I accept advice to maintain emotional stability. (We don't want to kill ourselves) For dryness I'm going to use heavy moisturizing cream with hyaluronic oxide to keep the skin as moisturized as possible, since I have quite dry skin so as not to destroy the skin barrier, blocker of more than 50 SPF++++ yes or yes, vaseline for lips and nose, and eye drops if required
Thinking about getting some tests to see the lipid profile and how everything is going, do you think it's very necessary or is basic care enough? Would you change or add anything to my list? I read them!
