When you have kids, get a home in the WASPiest, most affluent neighborhood possible. The type with Range Rovers, Escalades, G Wagons, boats, cottages, summer homes in St Tropez, Montauk, St Barths, etc.

This is VASTLY more important to their social development than a larger home in a middle-class neighborhood.

- School will be much whiter (almost all-white except black sons of athletes or Asians) and classmates will be very affluent, socially polished and fratty touse

- Neighborhoods will be rich attractive and white, their kids will also become friends with your kids

- Close promixity to affluent attractive whites makes making friends and being part of a community MUCH easier for your children

- Much easier to find affluent educated blonde rockets to marry (for your sons)

Some of my friends who are VERY affluent but grew up in mere upper middle class neighborhoods and even (YUCK!!!) public school lacked the social circle, confidence and lifelong bonds with affluent attractive whites like the rest of our social circle.
