I cook everything myself.

it's made with skyr, creamcheese, whey, cacao powder and digestive biscuits mixed with honey, pretty low in calories and keeps you full all day, this is what I eat while cutting.

you do need an oven for it, and also when you take it out of the oven it needs to rest for a few hours because the insides of cheesecake are still liquid right after cooking it.

i dont. I dont eat a lot of desserts, the ones i do are pre bought. I eat mainly steamed and cooked stuff , i dont even have a microwave as i sold it after getting scared of the radiation
