There is no way of maxxing your genetics all the way up to chad, you cant change all the bones on your face

It depends on your baseline genetics but even if your ltn ascending to htn is possible for many people depending on what is making you unattractive. Like as an example you could have perfect facial bone structure but be 80lbs overweight and no one would know. Chads are top percentile in looks most people don’t have those genetics but if you ascend to your highest potential you will get as close as you can.
